Opening in May 2025, the Biergarten at the Skowhegan Spinning Mill is another reason to celebrate local food and building community. Inspired by the German beer gardens where people can enjoy a beer, a bratwurst, and conversation, our space and menu represent central Maine’s agriculture and history on the river, offering a wide variety of Maine craft beers, locally sourced food, and diverse events. Sunday-Thursday: 7am-8pm
Friday-Saturday: 7am-9pm
Lunch service at the Biergarten begins at noon, with breakfast bites and coffee beforehand.
